Your Initial Complimentary Consultation
At your initial consultation, you will get a tour of our office and meet with Dr. Sepi. Dr. Sepi will do a full examination of your smile and check your bite. We will answer any and all the questions you might have and talk about treatment options, what we can do to get you the smile you deserve and what method of treatment suits your case.
We will take a limited number of patients each month to ensure the doctor will be able to spend enough time with you at each appointment.
The Steps We Follow at your Initial Consultation:
- Review your dental and medical history
- Provide a complete oral exam, including X-rays
- Work with you to create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans
Your Custom Payment Plan
Following your initial consultation for conventional braces or clear aligners, we will discuss your financial options for treatment. At that appointment, we will also help check your insurance to determine what/any orthodontic coverage that your insurance might offer. We will go over the monthly payment plan. We do offer an in-house financing plan with 0% interest
During this time, we will help connect you with your insurance provider to determine what orthodontic coverage they can offer you. Plus, discuss your monthly payment options on a 0% interest plan.

We will discuss all the financial information, insurance options, and payment upfront. So there are no surprises and no hidden fees!
Assignment of Benefits
We accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans. By doing this, the family’s out-of-pocket expense is substantially lower. If we do not accept assignment of benefits from your plan, we will be happy to file claims so that the insured can be reimbursed directly. Should there be any change in your policy prior to full payment of the insurance benefit, please contact our office immediately so adjustments may be made to your contract.
Office Hours
It is our goal to see you, on time, for your appointment. Time is scheduled to complete the necessary procedure, give information about the treatment and answer any questions you may have. In order for us to maintain a schedule that runs in a timely manner, we request that patients arrive on time to avoid delays, as the day progresses. Your cooperation and consideration with appointments are greatly appreciated by our office and the patients that are seen after your appointment.
